Ewen Trafford

Ewen graduated from the University of Reading in 2017 with an MSc in Nutrition and Food Science, having previously obtained a BSc in Biology from the University of Bath. He has worked in diverse roles within the field of nutrition, including an industry placement at Marks and Spencer, and primarily with the British Nutrition Foundation, where he is currently employed as an Assistant Nutrition Scientist. This role includes work in both science and education fields, as well as public-facing duties, such as responding to calls and emails made to the Foundation.

This activity has received funding from EIT Food, the innovation community on Food of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a body of the EU, under the Horizon 2020, the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation.
